Who are you?
As a QA Lead, you'll be part of a product team and work closely with developers, designers, project managers and product owners. You will lead, prioritize and coordinate the QA work for other QA testers but also guide, support and mentor the QA team. In the role as QA lead you are the risk manager and gate-keeper and can proudly assure that released versions are of high standards.
You will have the possibility of working on a variety of care services for seniors and care professionals that are very important in maintain safety and integrity in their daily lives.

Plan and manage the test process throughout the development and releases to ensure that our services always live up to our quality standards.
Lead standardization of tests
Make strategic testpolicies and QA work.
Maintain and develop testsuites as needed
Manage test accounts and data.
Lead, manage and improve the way Camanio work with quality assurance.
Work with fun, passionate coworkers of different backgrounds to create professional care services
Skills and competences:
Methodical and structured as a person.
Writes documentation that is understandable to both developers and business managers.
Master's degree in e.g. computer science or similar knowledge from previous work.
At least three year's relevant professional experience in QA.
Ability to create and contribute to documenting test strategy, test plan and test cases.
Experience creating defect reports and documenting test results.
We're looking for someone with an orderly personality and a structured and passionate approach to work.
You have a keen interest in technology, in particular the mobile market. It's also beneficial if you have experience from mobile app development or UI/UX design.
Familiar with Microsoft development tools, project management and agile tools.
Fluent in English and Swedish. Both written and verbal
Master's degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
Citizen of an EU country or have a current work permit for Sweden.
