Group Accounting and Financial Reporting (GFC) is looking for a new colleague.
This is an opportunity for a highly skilled finance professional who want to join our team supporting the management and board of Epiroc with analysis and group accounting expertise.
Together with colleagues you will responsible for:
Legal and operational consolidation, including the consolidation of the two reporting segments for Epiroc
IFRS expertise – support our entities and management in reporting and accounting
Ensure the quality of the reporting and consolidation for the Group
Preparation of the Annual and Interim reports for the Group
Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and procedures
Provide training
Participate and lead various projects
Secure the quality of the Accounting and Business control section of The Epiroc Way (management system)
Develop the business model of Epiroc

To be successful in the role as Group Financial Controller you need:
University degree in Finance
At least three years of relevant experience
Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point
Good understanding and experience from information systems (preferably BPC).

Epiroc AB, the Parent Company of the group, is looking for an Accounting Specialist to the Finance department. The department is responsible for the accounting of the Parent Company and Epiroc Treasury AB. The department also provides finance support to the Group center functions.

Key Responsibilities

The tasks of the team will include areas of responsibilities such as
• Account reconciliations
• Cost analysis
• Reporting
• Management material
• Income tax declarations
• Accounts receivable
• Preparation the Parent Company part of the Annual Report
• Preparation the Parent Company part of the Quarterly Report
• Treasury accounting
• Fixed assets accounting
• VAT and taxes
• Valuation of options in accordance with IFRS2
• Pension accounting in compliance with IAS19
• IFRS16

3 years of experience from a finance department.

Genuine knowledge in Accounting (specifically IFRS2, IAS19 and IFRS16.
Good analytical capabilities.
Understanding of the system set up in an ERP system. Sub ledger, general ledger and report generator is well-known vocabulary to you.
Excellent skills in Excel are a plus.
A good level of Swedish and English, oral and written, is a requirement as well as excellent communication and interaction skills.
Educational requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration.

A successful candidate has a good analytical capabilities and a service minded approach.
You understand the importance of meeting deadlines, manage stressful situations and have the ability to set and accomplish goals.
You should also have an interest in implementing, structuring and improving financial reports and internal controls and be a team player.
