As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for assigned business segments, managing development projects, and finding new opportunities. The most important task is to achieve sales targets and ensure market share growth and brand awareness. You will conduct complex analyses, and project implementations and ensure the utilization of appropriate methods to support your own responsibility area.
· Responsibility
- Define and implement the business plan and strategy.
- Achieve the sales target and grow the market share.
- Technical consulting and commercial support as well as negotiations of the business deal.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships and networks in assigned segments.
- Managing development projects and following up Sales leads.
- Problem solving and propose practical solution to customers problems.
- Conduct sales and market analysis, tracking of actual sales vs. plan to achieve performance target.
- Business trips and customer visits when it’s needed.
Skill & Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in sales-driven position. Preferably B2B sales.
- Technical degree in electrical engineering is preferred or B.B.A degree with equivalent work experience.
- English and Swedish business fluent, or other Nordic language is welcomed.
- Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Driving license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel.
