Itinera S.p.A, rapidly growing in Sweden, is now looking for a Quality Engineer/Inspector to the new Skurubro project in Nacka, Stockholm.

Itinera S.p.A. in Sweden has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer/Inspector to join our team to work in Stockholm in the construction of a main steel bridge and minor concrete bridges.
The role is to support the Quality team for the preparation of quality documentation and records, deviations handling, as-built documentation and inspection of the construction activities on site in accordance with the relevant Control Plans.
The duties include:
Establish and maintain a strong and open relationships with construction site supervisors/engineers, subcontractors, and Client representatives.
Verify the implementation of Construction Method Statements/Working procedures and related Inspection and Test Plans.
Undertake quality inspections on site to check conformity with the relevant Inspection and Test Plans and drawings.
Collect and review the Inspection and Test Plans, and Quality Records, assuring they are updated in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and follow-up of Non-Conformances Reports.
Verify the implementation of the remedial actions proposed in the Non-Conformances Reports.
Management of defects.
Attend regular Quality and Construction meetings within the area of responsibility.
Collaborate actively with the Quality Manager on the preparation of the Quality as-built documentation.
Any other duties as directed by the Quality Manager.



Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions on similar projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including spreadsheets, databases, word processing and job specific software (e.g., Aconex, MTeams, etc.) and the ability to rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
Good understanding of steel structures construction, methods, and specifications.
Good understanding of concrete structures construction, methods, and specifications.
Swedish and English speaking.
Engineer Bachelor and/or relevant construction previous experience.

Job Description:
We’re building Nya Skurubron in Nacka and are looking for a general services assistant/coordinator responsible for supporting the project needs and staff. You will become a member of a very dedicated staff crew consisting of more than 10 different nationalities. The job is time limited for the duration of the project, but we are working on getting more projects here in Stockholm, so chances are good that this job will become permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Aiding Expat staff with onboarding & deregistration
· Responsible for ID06 card management system
· Procurement: Assist Procurement & Warehouse departments with purchasing & storing materials
· Inventory management: Responsible for general office management: including kitchen supplies, point of contact with cleaning staff, site access, etc.
· Fleet Management: Responsible for managing rental car and site car fleet.
· Municipality liaison: point of contact for Nacka Kommun with regards to the office, etc.
· Security Management: point of contact for security service providers
· Maintains various supplies as appropriate to the needs of the unit; may coordinate and expedite purchase of assorted day-to-day supplies and equipment as appropriate.
· Prepare minute of meetings from internal and external meetings
· Ad hoc Administration and HR assistance
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Previous experience with similar job tasks
· Approved Swedish driver’s license
· Swedish & English speaking
· Ability to make independent decisions and judgments on routine procedural issues.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Itinera är en italiensk entreprenör som har stort fokus på den skandinaviska marknaden. Vi jobbar just nu på flera store projekt i Danmark och Sverige. Till vårt projekt Nya Skurubron i Nacka söker vi nu en inköpare.


Du blir ansvarig för, tillsammans med vår upphandlare att tillhandahålla alla nödvändiga resurser för bygget. Fokus blir på inköp av material (t.ex. byggmaterial för betongarbete, personlig skyddsutrustning och material för vårt platskontor), men också inhyrning av maskiner och utrustning och upphandling av serviceavtal och konsulttjänster. Upprättelse och underhåll av ramavtal ingår också.


Vi föreställer oss, att du har erfarenhet från liknande roll inom byggbranschen.
