You will evangelize game design and the player experience, balancing creative vision and gameplay to achieve your level/world design goals. Self-sufficient and adaptable in your approach, you will be challenged by ambiguity but find strength and thrive within an experienced team of collaborative developers.
The game we are making is a modern, single-player action RPG focused on characters, narrative, and spectacular action using Unreal 5. We are a studio with a strong focus on quality, and our collective effort to deliver the right set of quality standards is fundamental to us.

You are a designer with a penchant for level design & world building. You're in your element whilst juggling creative vision, narrative beats, and gameplay mechanics to deliver immersive experiences heightened through player agency.
Your portfolio of AAA titles distinguishes you as a seasoned designer. Your
experience has shaped your sensibilities, and your decision-making respects the inherent link between design solutions and player motivations.
You have a tenacity for delivering unrivaled gameplay. You push design ideas beyond mere theory-craft by capitalizing on a comprehensive knowledge of game design and tools required to realize them - for us, this means the Unreal Engine 5.
