The role
As a Global Mobility and International Compensation & Benefits professional your main responsibility will be the administration of all alternative pension plans, medical and risk benefits for international assignees within Epiroc. You will further be working with the administration of the long term incentive program and get responsibilities within other C&B-related group processes within Epiroc, such as our global salary review process.
You will
- be working with tasks administering the pension solutions for international assignees.
- support the annual renewal processes for our medical plans and risk benefits and act as the external providers’ primary contract in the daily business
- be responsible for the development of internal processes and other projects related to the maintenance of international pensions and benefits for international assignees
- interact with and respond to queries from international assignees, managers, Finance and Human Resources representing of Divisions and subsidiaries across the Group as well as with external stakeholders and providers.
- be a liaison between accounting and international compensation & benefits team
* be the first point of contact and responsible for the “day-to-day” administrative tasks of the long term incentive plans and also participate in the work around the annual processes.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you have at least 3-4 years of work experience either working with Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, pension administration or within a similar cross functional area in an international environment, or you have an economic background with a good understanding of the area. You must be able to handle pressure and to meet strict deadlines, demonstrate efficient planning and organization skills. You are logical and analytical and eager to get things done correctly and professional.
It is beneficial if you have knowledge of tax, social security and international pension.
Furthermore, we see that you are very result orientated, passionate about your field of expertise and helping your colleagues and costumers.

* A university degree, preferably in Law, Business administration or Economics is required.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English is necessary
* Result- oriented, enjoys working independently with investigating work, service minded, great communication and administration skills and interest in people
* Analytical and high proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
