The role
Group Controlling, as one of the Group Functions, is looking for a new Controller to work with us with financial analysis and with the consolidation of the Group reporting in close proximity to the Group Management. As part of the Group Controlling team you are expected to participate in the monthly closing procedures on group level, participate in projects for development of controlling, accounting and processes improvements including the reporting and consolidation system (SAP BPC). In addition you will support Group Management in the area of business control, developing analytical tools and performance reports on regular and ad hoc basis.
This position will develop depending on own ability and ambitions.
What we expect of you?
You possess good analytical capabilities with a proactive and service minded approach. You are able to work independently as well as in a team and think outside the box. Furthermore you have an interest in implementing, structuring and improving the financial analytical tools and business control processes.
Previous experience within the area of finance and control is a plus. A high interest in, and experience of, data management and working with and managing analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau and QlikView is meriting. In addition, knowledge of how Atlas Copco conducts business as described in "The way we do things" is regarded as favorable. An interest to develop BI tools, especially in Power BI, but also in other solutions as well as in MS Office (primarily Excel including VBA), is an essential asset, and experience within this field is advantageous.
You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar. Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
