About the role
• Responsible for leading technology solutions globally for team as the product expert and solution consultant for Financial Applications and ServiceNow.
• Align with Business Owner in setting priorities and driving a portfolio of product projects
• Responsible for designing, developing/acquiring, piloting, and maintaining the Financial/ServiceNow products in line with Atlas Copco’s group business needs, while safeguarding system and data integrity for all our supported customer centers
• Responsible for product training and communications
• Develop and maintain product roadmap
• Design and communicate product support process, including documentation and procedures for 1st/2nd level support and delivery
• With assistance of Group Application Manager and IT Sourcing, coordinate product related activity with strategic vendors
• Responsible for coordination of provisioning development/3rd level support for products
• Work closely with the regional and local IT Services teams to help with identifying core business needs and to assist with new implementations where appropriate
• Assist the Group Application Manager in the development of overall product strategy within the Solution Domain.
• Primary intake for all demands from Corporate, Group and Holding. Manage the demand through current IT process. Assist with aligning the demand with appropriate resoures in the Global teams, regional teams, or external resources.
• Quarterly reivew meetings with Corporate, Group and Holding on the status of their demand and related projects.
• Financial control for the product(s) in scope with assistance of Business Control

What we expect from you
Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial applications
• General development responsibilities in a large, complex, multi-location, organization
• Proven experience with design and/or development of complex applications.
• Experience with IT best practice / ITIL; ITIL certification desired
• 3+ years IT Service Management experience
• Proven Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities


Technical Skills
• Experienced with all aspects of business applications life cycle management
• Wide knowledge of general business process and practices related to the financial domain.
• Knowledge in web development standards (.NET, PHP, JSP, J2EE, etc.) is a plus

Educational Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit

SAP Roles & Authorization consultant BAUHAUS in the Nordics have just embarked on the journey of replacing our legacy ERP with SAP S/4 Hana – and as part of that we are looking for an experienced SAP Roles & Authorization consultant. With BAUHAUS, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of being challenged both technically and business-wise in an ambitious international organization.

What is the job about?

You will refer to the project manager for the SAP implementation project with a close interaction with the Project Management.

Our future S/4 Hana solution will be based on the Model Company for Retail, including CAR & Promotion Management. We are currently in the Explorer phase where we are investigating the exact requirements for the solution. Our current Magento webshops and Viking POS solutions will continue and will be integrated with S/4 Hana. The project team is multi-national with participants from Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Portugal and others.

Main job tasks include:

Actively participate in all phases of the project
Investigate and align expectation across the functional area
Define, configure, test, review, document & implement all aspect of the Roles & Authorization area
Advise and coordinate closely with the other teams in the project
You should expect some travel between the Nordics locations – mainly Stockholm & Aarhus.

Note: this job can be located either in Aarhus, Denmark (Tilst) or Stockholm, Sweden (Sickla) and is posted in both countries.

Your experience

In addition to your functional experience, you have a relevant educational background and solid practical experience from SAP implementation projects in an agile setup. Experience from cross-Nordic projects/jobs is not mandatory, but an additional advantage.

Your key traits include: prioritization; structured approach; ability to meet deadlines; motivated self-starter; result oriented; service minded; team player and good communicative skills.

Linguistically, you must be fluent in either Danish, Norwegian or Swedish as well as English (verbally and written).
