The Role
Design compressor units for the European market at system level (P&ID;). Dimensioning and selecting components, heat exchangers, pipes and pressure vessels. Be the technical point of contact for the customer throughout the project, offering support to sales as well as technical support during installation and after-sales service. Collaborate closely with the unit manufacturers during detailed design and production to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified engineer to play a key role in developing and supporting innovative compressor solutions for the European market.

Ammonia process refrigeration
Steam compressors
High temperature heat pump systems
Coke oven gas compression
SO2 condensation
Etc

Your Profile
In order to be successful in this role, we believe that you are a well established and driven engineer with a keen interest and experience in industrial refrigeration and other thermal systems. Ideally, your experience originates from compressor systems or similar business.
Engineering master degree or a bachelor (for the more experienced engineer)
Demonstrated competence and experience in refrigeration and/or chemical industry
Experience from Thermal system layout design and P&ID;
Proven track record in thermodynamic calculations and dimensioning of system components
Previous experience in the field of rotating machinery is advantageous
Previous experience in pressure vessel codes and regulations for explosive environment is advantageous.
Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Visa mindre

We are now looking for a process engineer to work with Organic Rankine Cycles systems and Wet Steam Turbine system withing Heat to Electricity!
Your profile
• You have a university degree or are an experienced high school engineer and have several years of experience in the field.
• You have experience from process engineering, thermodynamic calculations and/or process integration.
• It is a merit if you have experience with one or more of: organic rankine cycles, power plants, industrial refrigeration or heat pumps, auxiliary systems for turbines, control systems, project management. pressure vessels,
• As a person you are communicative and are used to working with different cultures.
• You have an ability to see the big picture as well as to immerse yourself in details.
• You are fluent in English in both speech and writing. Swedish is a merit.
• Challenges motivates you and your passion for technology is obvious.
• You have a very good ability to collaborate with others, you are structured and can prioritize and organize your work in an efficient way. You are used to planning your work by yourself.

• Support sales with technical expertise.
• Lead research, design and improvement works.

Location
The head office of InEpact is located in Nacka, Stockholm. This is the intended workplace of the job, but our office in Norrköping is also possible.
The job
The main task of the job we offer is thermodynamic and process calculations within the scope of InEpact’s business area, but other tasks related to this work will also be required:
Offer management
• Analyse and evaluate clients’ requests.
• Calculate proposals.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Establish the project cost.
Contracts
• Participate with the process design.
• Participate with the control’s functionality.
• Evaluate the technical outcome of the contract.
Marketing
• Produce sales material for market presentations.
• Present our products for clients and other auditoriums.
R&D
• Discuss and evaluate new concepts.
• Functional specifications for production.
• Design in-house software.
Your profile
• You carry a university degree in energy/thermodynamic subjects or corresponding.
• You have experience working with thermal processes and a good understanding of process control.
• You are fluent in English both written and verbal.
• IT-instruments such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD etc. are not limitations.
• Travelling to meet clients and consultants locally and internationally occur, and you are able to discuss issues at different levels.
• Deep understanding of heat recovery like ORC-systems and steam turbine technology put you in a good position.
• Market experiences of marine and energy management are highly valued.
• Experiences with practical hands-on is appreciated.
Tools
For your job we supply you with necessary work tools like suitable softwares, public or in-house, both of general type like Office 365 but more specialized like Nist’s RefProp, ESS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc. You can also develop your own software for analysis and calculations.
