The Role

We are now looking for a business-oriented compressor sales who wants to take full sales responsibility in European countries from the first contact to the agreement and act as the customer's representative during the implementation of the assignment.
As a compressor sales manager, you will focus on our customers in industries with a need for gas, air and refrigeration compressors. The customers are mainly compressor manufacturing companies and compressor unit builders, distributors. The market for our products and services is global.
We currently have around 35 employees and have our facility in Saltsjö-Boo, outside of Stockholm.


Work description
Coordinate and manage EU sales network
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to our customers
Work through various marketing channels such as LinkedIn to reach new customers.
Confer with customers and SRM engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Prepare commercial quotes and/or business propositions to customers
Secure and renew orders and follow up delivery, invoicing and payments
Plan for design and/or modify existing products to meet customer needs
Act as a link between customer and our inhouse engineers and experts.
Visit customers within and outside Europe.


Your profile
• Technical degree, preferably in refrigeration compressor
• Senior level
• Experience from work in multi-cultural environment
• At least five of years of experience in B2B technical sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of international contract law
• Experience in contract negotiations
• Ability to take own initiative and ensure that the customer is satisfied

The Market
The market for our units is great, and our company needs to grow the technical team to better support the market with the optimum solution within the following industries:

Location
The head office of InEpact is located in Nacka, Stockholm. This is the intended workplace of the job, but our office in Norrköping is also possible.
The job
The main task of the job we offer is thermodynamic and process calculations within the scope of InEpact’s business area, but other tasks related to this work will also be required:
Offer management
• Analyse and evaluate clients’ requests.
• Calculate proposals.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Establish the project cost.
Contracts
• Participate with the process design.
• Participate with the control’s functionality.
• Evaluate the technical outcome of the contract.
Marketing
• Produce sales material for market presentations.
• Present our products for clients and other auditoriums.
R&D
• Discuss and evaluate new concepts.
• Functional specifications for production.
• Design in-house software.
Your profile
• You carry a university degree in energy/thermodynamic subjects or corresponding.
• You have experience working with thermal processes and a good understanding of process control.
• You are fluent in English both written and verbal.
• IT-instruments such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD etc. are not limitations.
• Travelling to meet clients and consultants locally and internationally occur, and you are able to discuss issues at different levels.
• Deep understanding of heat recovery like ORC-systems and steam turbine technology put you in a good position.
• Market experiences of marine and energy management are highly valued.
• Experiences with practical hands-on is appreciated.
Tools
For your job we supply you with necessary work tools like suitable softwares, public or in-house, both of general type like Office 365 but more specialized like Nist’s RefProp, ESS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc. You can also develop your own software for analysis and calculations.

SRM are continuously designing new machines for our customers in different parts of the world. Now we are expanding our design and engineering department with a new mechanical design engineer. In this role you are working close with the whole development chain, as our R&D center in Nacka, outside Stockholm, also have a laboratory and prototyping workshop next to the design/calculation office.
Work tasks
In this role you will be designing compressors, pumps and other machinery in SRM:s CAD system Creo. You perform dimensioning calculations and simulations related to the designs, both in our inhouse software and external software. You are participating in the complete chain from specification, through design, prototyping and test. You also write manuals and technical information.
Who are you
You are a driven engineer interested and experienced in mechanical engineering. You have working experience in machine design of rotating equipment, preferably with compressors or pumps. You have a practical approach to solving problems, and you know machining operations and mechanical work by experience. Competence / Experience
