The Role
Your responsibilities will involve:
Conducting simulation and aero-design of centrifugal compressors and turbines.
Performing structural analysis of impellers and other components.
Providing support to our design engineers and laboratory, leveraging expertise in rotating machinery.

Your Profile
You are an enthusiastic engineer or PhD with a background in mechanical engineering and a well-established expertise in CFD. Your practical experience includes working on the engineering of rotating equipment, preferably in the realm of compressors or pumps. At SRM, we utilize Ansys for CFD calculations, and we anticipate your proficiency in this or similar software. Moreover, you will actively contribute to the development of in-house calculation software for dimensioning and simulation purposes, collaborating with the rest of our R&D team.

The Role
Design compressor units for the European market at system level (P&ID;). Dimensioning and selecting components, heat exchangers, pipes and pressure vessels. Be the technical point of contact for the customer throughout the project, offering support to sales as well as technical support during installation and after-sales service. Collaborate closely with the unit manufacturers during detailed design and production to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified engineer to play a key role in developing and supporting innovative compressor solutions for the European market.

The job
The main task of the job we offer is thermodynamic and process calculations within the scope of InEpact’s business area, but other tasks related to this work will also be required:
Offer management
• Analyse and evaluate clients’ requests.
• Calculate proposals.
• Prepare technical specifications.

Contracts
• Participate with the process design.
• Participate with the control’s functionality.

Your profile
• You carry a university degree in energy/thermodynamic subjects or corresponding.
