Join our team
Group Tax is a corporate function with global responsibility for the Epiroc Group. We are now looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Sickla, Stockholm.
The Group Tax Department has overall responsibility for all tax matters within the Epiroc Group and includes two other professionals based in Sweden. We also work closely with tax colleagues in Australia, Canada, China, Germany, and the United States. This position reports to the VP Group Tax.


Your mission
In this position, you will work with the Group Tax Department to develop and prepare TP Policies and documentation for over 100 subsidiaries in more than 70 countries. An important task is also to support monitoring and controlling the compliance of the TP Policies. Acquisitions and restructurings require specific TP policies and documentation, which will be part of the work. You will also manage Epiroc’s DAC6 monthly reporting.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a broad variety of transfer pricing challenges within a multinational group of companies, including both economic and legal aspects, on a global basis.
Transfer pricing is an extensive part of the position, but you will also have the possibility to develop into other tax areas in other ad-hoc tax matters and projects.


Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
• An academic degree in law, business administration, or finance.
• 4–7 years of experience in tax and transfer pricing, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Experience with DAC6 reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


In addition to your technical skills, we believe the following qualities will help you thrive in this role:
You are an analytical problem-solver with a structured approach and strong attention to detail. Proactive and self-driven, you manage tasks effectively—even under tight deadlines. You stay informed about global developments in the area of transfer pricing, including updates from the OECD and the EU, and are comfortable conducting tax research on TP issues when required.
You bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (written and verbal), and the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions. We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and actively engaged in the daily work of the Group Tax function.

Location and other
This position is located at our headquarters in Sickla, Sweden. Occasional travel will be required.

The position
We are looking for a team member to join the Group Controlling team. It’s Group Controlling’s mission to ensure a smooth monthly Group closing process and to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to Group management and other stakeholders. To achieve this, we focus on process improvements, automation and digitalization.
You will play an important role in this, by identifying gaps and improvement areas in the Accounting-to-Reporting and Finance-to-Manage processes and by working together with other stakeholders to implement solutions.
You will take on full ownership of some of the Group reporting processes, which means you will be first point of contact and will drive continuous improvements of these processes. You will also play an important role in our trajectory towards zero reporting, by taking the lead in one of the streams of CODA, the common data analytics platform for the Group. You will engage with different stakeholders in the Group and coordinate the functional specification, testing and training of your stream, which will give you great opportunities to learn, further develop your analytical and leadership qualities and build a network throughout the Group.
In this role you will be reporting to the Group Controlling Manager. Ideally you will be based in Group Center in Sickla (Stockholm), Sweden, but working remotely can be discussed for the right candidate. In that case you would need to be based in the EU time zone and be willing to travel to Stockholm regularly.

You like working with data and analytics and you are curious to explore new technologies. You will engage with many different stakeholders, so good communication skills are essential. You are not afraid of taking ownership and you show resilience when dealing with setbacks.
You have experience from working with financial and business analysis. Controlling experience within the Atlas Copco Group is a big plus as you will be able to bring your operational experience to the table.
Experience from working with IT systems from a functional or technical perspective is also considered a plus. More specifically, experience with GPS, Polaris, SAP HANA, , VBA and/or Power BI would be a great advantage. An interest in IT applications and the ability to learn how to work with them is a prerequisite.
You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar. Because communication is key, both with stakeholders outside the team but also within the team, your English is excellent, both written and spoken.

The role

The position is within the PMO team of the Group Digital Finance Department and you will report to the Group Digital Finance Manager. The role involves playing an active part in providing the Group with an efficient and agile end-to-end reporting solution in the spirit of the Zero Reporting vision. Further, you will be crucial in identifying gaps and improvement areas in the Accounting-to-Reporting and Finance-to-Manage processes and you will be work proactively together with all stakeholders to find and implement solutions. In addition, you will cooperate with other Group departments representing Group Controlling in order to improve existing processes that are directly linked or adjacent to the Group Controlling processes.
This position will develop depending on own ability and ambitions.
What we expect of you
We believe that the right candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of the monthly reporting process and related systems. You are a process-minded person who is driven by finding a better way. Experience from working with IT systems from a functional or technical perspective and with process improvement is meriting, and competence within finance and/or business control from different areas within the Group is an advantage. If you have experience from project based work and driving projects is also a plus, since this role involves driving and actively promote change when it is desired. You take a great interest in process improvement and are also interested and have experience in working with large amounts of data, system architecture.
You have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar. Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
