Your profile


To succeed in this role, you bring strong financial acumen, structured thinking, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

7–10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Business Control, Finance, internal or external audit (experience from both is an advantage)



Proven team management or leadership experience in a global organization



Solid understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and risk assessment



Experience from the Big Four (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte)



Experience from large, global companies



Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus



A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CIA, CFE) are meriting

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the on-going implementation of Epiroc’s global job architecture across the organization.
* Manage the “masterfile” of the job architecture, collaborating closely with our global HR IS team to keep the system up to date.
* Develop and deliver training and communication materials related to the global job architecture.
* Lead the annual governance and calibration processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the Group.
* Support compensation benchmarking process to align our job architecture with external market data.
* Contribute to CSRD reporting and ensure that the job architecture supports the analysis required related to gender pay gap analysis and the upcoming implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive.
Work closely with the HRIS team on compensation processes within SuccessFactors.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and global job architecture in an international environment; experience with Mercer’s IPE is beneficial and other global position evaluation systems.
* Proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
* Familiarity with global HR systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
* Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

The team is responsible for ensuring that the daily and monthly Treasury transactions are managed accurately with high quality, such as reconciliations, financial payments and the Group netting. Within the team responsibility, global cash management activities are included, such as bank account opening/closing, cash pool administration, bank approvals and develop guidelines and strategies related to Cash Management. As an intern at Cash Management and Operations, you will support in the daily transactions but also have your own project to help improve processes and automation. 
Treasury Control
As in intern at Treasury Control, you will ensure risk control for Group Treasury, forecast, and analyze all financial transactions in the Group that affects the financial net, balance sheet and cash flow and be actively involved in closings and the preparation of quarterly reports. In addition, you will get the opportunity to get a good understanding of our Treasury Management System and work with automation initiatives and continuous improvements in general. Your team
The Global Category Management team is a new team established in 2024 reporting to the Vice President Strategic Sourcing, Parts & Services divisions. It is a small team - currently under build up phase – with three Lead Category Managers and a manager. Being a global team, much of the collaboration will take place online using Teams. However, we will also gather on a regular basis to exchange knowledge and to develop together as a team.
Your mission
As Lead Category Manager you will lead the implementation of category management for Parts & Services divisions globally by establishing and maintaining effective collaboration forums for the category with the goal to maximize potential from global synergies while taking into consideration regional business requirements. The team is new, and you will play an important role both in developing our ways of working as well as in showing success by example – including communication and training of colleagues and stakeholders. This role is responsible for global KPI development of the category, whereas major contributions are expected to come from initiatives identified and executed by sourcing colleagues based at hubs and major customer centers.
Important focus areas the next coming years will be category strategies, frame agreements, supplier relationship management, supplier audits and CO2 emissions reduction.
As Lead Category Manager you will also represent Parts & Services divisions for the category in global Epiroc collaborations. This position reports to the Head of Global Category Management, Parts & Services divisions.
Your profile
To thrive in the role, we see that you have a university degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience of Category Management/Direct Sourcing preferably in an international environment. Previous experience managing/sourcing one or more of the following categories is considered a plus: Hydraulics, Powertrain and Hoses & Filters. You have previous experience in change management, a good sense of business understanding and a good track record of successful supplier negotiations.

Epiroc AB is looking for a rising star to work with Investor Relations and Media. 
Your team
You will be part of a small, dynamic and tightly collaborating team, which will include Head of Investor Relations, Media Relations Manager, and yourself. You will report to Head of Investor Relations, and the team is under the responsibility our CFO.  
Your mission
You will be the team’s right hand and will assist where and when needed, as well as drive your own projects. The majority of your time you will spend coordinating investor events (meetings, roadshows, conferences, CMD and AGM), creating and improving financial presentations, join investor meetings, and updating the IR-section on the homepage and proofread material. Once you are up and running, further working tasks will be added, such as taking your own investor meetings and managing investor road trips. Your mission 
As a Group IT Internal Auditor, your mission will be to lead IT internal audits onsite and remotely according to the risk-based yearly plan (scoping, staffing, fieldwork and follow-up). You will be responsible for examining IT internal controls, evaluating their design and operational effectiveness, and determining risk exposure. You will lead corporate IT investigations requested by Key Stakeholders and audit test procedures for simulations related to cybersecurity, ransomware, IT security breaches, etc. You will collaborate with Internal Control to create/maintain the IT Key Control Framework and with the external IT Auditor to ensure sufficient coverage and avoid duplicity of efforts.

Your profile 
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as an internal or external IT auditor and a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field of expertise (CISA, CISSP or CISM are a plus). You have strong knowledge of IT and information security-related procedures, system architecture, access management, disaster recovery, change management, IT governance, technical and functional requirements among others.
If you do not have internal or external audit experience, but have 5 years of working experience in a related field of expertise within Epiroc and are interested in this role, we welcome your application.
