Om rollen

Vi söker en erfaren och drivande IT Test Lead som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för vårt testarbete. Rollen innebär att du arbetar full-stack inom test, från att välja metoder och verktyg till att själv utföra tester. Du leder och utvecklar testverksamheten och har ett övergripande ansvar för kravhanteringen, testprocesser, testverktyg och arbetssätt. Som IT Test Lead driver du även tekniska projekt och implementeringar och säkerställer att testning sker enligt högsta kvalitetsstandard. Du fungerar som en viktig länk mellan IT och verksamheten och har lätt för att anpassa kommunikation efter sammanhang, där du samlar in krav, kommunicerar testresultat och ser till att alla delar i projektet är i fas.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter


• Leda planering, design, samordning och genomförande av teststrategier för olika system och applikationer.
• Utföra funktionella och icke-funktionella tester för system, applikationer, gränssnitt och integrationer.
• Ansvara för testverktyg, testautomatisering och metodval
• Identifiera risker, föreslå förbättringar och implementera best practices inom test.
• Samarbeta med verksamheten och andra intressenter för att samla in krav, översätta dessa till testfall och säkerställa god kvalitet.
• Upprätta och underhålla testplaner, testfall och dokumentation.

Dina egenskaper

För att du ska trivas i rollen hos oss tror vi att du är en person som tar initiativ och gärna äger dina arbetsuppgifter från start till mål. Du är strukturerad, kvalitetsmedveten och har ett öga för detaljer.  Kvalifikationer 


• Minst 5 års erfarenhet av testledning och teknisk projektledning.
• Erfarenhet av att arbeta med kravhantering och testledning i komplexa systemmiljöer.
• Djup förståelse för applikations- och systemarkitektur.
• Goda kunskaper i olika testmetoder, verktyg och testautomatisering.
• Relevant högskoleutbildning inom IT, datavetenskap eller liknande.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Det är meriterande om du har


• Certifiering inom testning, exempelvis ISTQB
• Projektledarcertifiering såsom PMP eller motsvarande
• Erfarenhet av mobiliseringsprojekt och test i driftsättningsfasen

Your role

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I rollen som verifieringsingenjör kommer du att arbeta i utvecklingsprojekt med att stötta upp dina övriga kollegor i teamet. Det kommer i huvudsak inledningsvis att bestå i att arbeta med mekanisk testning, att analysera och sammanställa data och upprätta testrelaterad dokumentation. Du kommer även att stötta upp projektledarna med planering av testverksamhet. Testavdelningen har ett nära samarbete med testavdelningen i Taiwan och det finns möjlighet att resa dit och arbeta under kortare perioder. Du kommer även att stödja projektgrupperna med kundkommunikation relaterad till testning samordnat med projektledarna.

* Utföra mekanisk testning
* Skriva test/-verifieringsdokumentation (planer, protokoll, rapporter)
* Arbeta med statistisk analys av testdata
* Arbeta med metodutveckling
