Your role
You are entrusted with managing the entire SAP life cycle, from identifying needs to development, implementation, evaluation and results. As part of our global IS/IT, you act as an internal consultant and partner to the business. Together with the business, you discover and translate business needs. You share your knowledge of supply chain processes and your domain expertise when a technical solution is required to meet business requirements. You recommend areas for improvement and support the IT strategy that provides the best value for Atlas Copco. Our global reach spans eight different countries, supporting production units, distribution centers, and application centers, you'll be the expert ensuring that our SAP solutions seamlessly align with our business processes.

Your responsibilities include:
Configure and customize the SAP system, interfaces, and additional tools according to business requirements
Align solutions and processes between internal companies, bringing the best out of the system template
Translate functional requirements into SAP system configurations
Provide in-depth knowledge of the SAP system, including data structures, interfaces, and security considerations
Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, solutions, modules, and integration points
Provide support for documentation, training, external incident management, and education for local key users.

In the role as Electronics Engineer, you are part of a multinational research and development team in Sickla developing industrial tightening tools, control systems and service solutions for the assembly industry. The Role
As a Technical Communicator in our team, you work cross-functionally in close cooperation with Product Managers, Illustrators, Designers, Developers, Compliance and other functions within the organization. You collaborate with various teams to ensure we can deliver excellent technical information deliverables on-time.

The Role

The Role

The role
Your mission will be to bring usability and human needs to the forefront of an app- and a future web-based application used in advanced and large production environments, such as the automotive industry. This application collects data and improves processes via advanced analysis of results to predict maintenance needs or production anomalies.

We are looking for a new Team Manager for the Mechanical Systems team, since current team manager has taken another role within Atlas Copco Industrial Technique. In this role you lead a team of engineers involved in product projects related to tightening systems for industry customers wordwide.

The Role

The Mechanical Systems team is responsible for the development of products and solutions for mechanical systems and embedded electronics used in industrial production to secure bolt tightening, for example in the automotive industry. In the role as Global Business Development Manager your overall mission will be to develop and implement the Sub Segment strategy for Metal Fabrication toward a sustainable, profitable growth.
You will be the voice of the customer to ensure that their needs are meet and that the underlying drivers and trends of the market are transferred into action plans relevant to each value stream and customer solution needed. What we expect of you
We are looking for an individual with a strong drive to develop a new market in Rail MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations). You should understand the applications within the Sub Segment in Metal Fabrication and have experience of building new business opportunities within this specific sub segment. Experience from working in international environment in prior roles within sales and key account management is of high value. A successful candidate should also display the ability to lead a sales team and have a clear understanding of value selling.
You hold a Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Marketing. Fluency in English is a must, written and spoken, whereas an additional language is highly valued.

As an electronics engineer, you will design, maintain, improve and implement hardware for the existing and “next generation” of power tools and assembly systems. You will work in a cross-functional and agile environment, together with positive and motivated colleagues developing long-lasting solutions to our customers. Furthermore, you will support external and internal manufacturing with solving technical issues, ensuring that Atlas Copco can continue to be the market leader of power tools and assembly solutions.


My name is Leif Ekman and I am leading the Hardware Engineering Team at the Engineering Department, R&D. The team consists of 16 colleagues. As team manager I am proud of the team’s drive to always find a better way and always helping a colleague if needed. The R&D department in total consists of about 350 people placed at Atlas Copco’s headquarter in Nacka. Atlas Copco is a market leading company present in 90 countries.

Your profile
You are an Engineer and have at least 5 years’ experience in electronic development and preferably within industrial electronics.
If you have genuine technical interest and a deep technical understanding, combined with a strong drive, creativity and persistence - this can be your challenge. You also have a curios mind - eager to independently learn more about our customers’ needs. As your role involves a wide network, both internally and externally, you need great collaboration and communication skills. What you will do:
Work with the Microsoft Azure PaaS technology stack and develop scalable and distributed software products for a global market.
Perform complex analysis, design, develop, test and debug software with a focus on backend development using C#.
Work with various cloud storage concepts ( Server, Blob storage, Azure Data Lake and Cosmos DB) and design performance critical high data volume storages.
Work in a Team that have a passion to deliver high quality, efficient and readable code with a strong preference to work with Test Driven Development.
